WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE TRUFFLES?
Truffles are best kept in a sealed container - glass being best, but tupperware is okay too. If it isn't sealed, the aroma will seep into all the food in your fridge.
You'll need to wrap the truffle in paper towel or kitchen towel as the truffles will release moisture. Check them daily and wrap them in new towels.
HOW LONG DO TRUFFLES LAST?
Truffles are best consumed up to 3-4 days after being pulled from the ground. But if they're stored properly, fresh truffles will last 10-14 days.
